We understand that every situation is different than any other loss that we've ever experienced.  What does that mean?  Well, since this time it's your property, your home, your family, your contents, we understand we need to handle it as the most important loss we've worked on because every loss is "the most important" when it happens to you.
 
Every loss should be handled in the quickest and most time effective manner, to cut down on even more extended damage, and that's where we come in.  We don't expect every customer to know everything to do during a loss.  We want them to know our phone number and let us do the rest.
 
We are available 24/7/365 and you will always have a live person on the other end of the call.  We are on call 24/7 and there will be no need to "press 1" for other options. We will get your information and contact a Project Manager that can assist you immediately by phone, evaluate the situation, and put a crew together that can be at your site in as little as an hour or sometimes as much as two, depending on your location and the time of day that your loss occurs.
 
We begin assessing damages and take immediate action to minimize the loss as much as possible.  We then begin work with you and your insurance agent on the proper steps to return things as close to what they might have been before the damage.
 
We understand the technical side of the work and the proper equipment to use and the time frame in getting the job accomplished.  However, we really strive to also understand the people side of our business and put ourselves in the shoes of you, our clients and work with you to rebuild your property and get your life back in order as soon as possible.
