Mold Remediation-- This class introduces the science of mold and explores its potentially harmful effects on building material and occupants. Discussion includes mold growth, how it spreads and what actions should be taken to remove mold in a safe, effective and reasonable manner. We will also address procedures such as containment, negative air, and the proper use of personal protective equipment in removing mold. (3 CE hours)
