Leonard started with Total Restoration in 1999.  His focus with customers is Contents and Storage.  He manages a team that assists customers during a time of loss in helping them with the contents of their home or business.  His hard working team is on call 24/7 and begins the pack out process at the property site and returns all contents to the warehouse at TRS.  Assessment is done as well as a thorough inventory on contents and then the cleaning process begins.  Each item is cleaned, dried and stored for return to the owner as soon as the property is restored and ready for pack in.
