About Total Restoration Services
Total Restoration was started in 1994 in Waco,Texas. With hard work and great customer service, a willingness to take care of small jobs as well as help those in need after a major hurricane, Total Restoration became a large company in the restoration service industry. The business of repairing damaged property and helping people get their lives back to normal as soon as possible made Total Restoration the service provider of choice for many insurance agents taking care of their policy holders.
As the need for a national presence became apparent in order to service clients all over the country, a partnership was formed with other individuals in the service industry to create InStar Services Group. This formation allowed InStar to assist those in need in large cities as well as rural areas due to the number of employees and the amount of equipment that was available to them. Each location grew and became individual divisions that could service territories 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and still have time to continue to train employees, learn about new systems and processes, learn state of the art equipment and provide superior service in any situation with water damage, fire and smoke odor, wind, storm and content management, as well as mold remediation.
In the first quarter of 2007, InStar changed their business model and began focusing on large commercial jobs in large markets. The place where it all started, Waco and Belton Texas, would not be able to be part of this model due to the size of the markets that were being looked at and the amount of residential work that made up a huge part of both of these locations. At that time, InStar sold their Central Texas locations to H&I Holdings, LLC, owners being Brad Hollibaugh and Don Irby.
Both Brad and Don, are well versed in the restoration and cleaning business. They both own their own franchises located in Texas and Oklahoma and are part of the ServiceMaster Clean franchise system. The joining of a restoration business along with their water mitigation business made sense. With the expertise of Brad and Don and the experience of employees that were with the Waco based company when it started almost 10 years ago, was a perfect fit.
Brad and Don purchased the InStar business and formed Total Restoration Services by ServiceMaster Clean. Total Restoration and it's partnership with the ServiceMaster Clean franchise, create a service area that covers most of Texas and parts of Oklahoma and has the expertise, the man power and the equipment to cover any small loss as well as the resources to cover large losses. The central location of Waco along the I35 corridor, serves as a hub for storing equipment and easy access during an emergency. The Belton location was moved into Killeen and covers all of the southern part of Central Texas.
Total Restoration understands that the business was built on customer service and the ability to put ourselves in the shoes of a homeowner or business owner during their loss. We understand the need to get life back to normal as soon as possible. We look forward to serving our customers again as Total Restoration to rebuild property and restore peace of mind.
